My Approach
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about understanding the experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns that helped you survive—and learning new ways to relate to yourself with compassion and clarity.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I integrate nervous system awareness, mindfulness, attachment-focused work, and parts work to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
