Come As You Are.
You do not need to have the right words, a clear diagnosis, or a perfectly organized explanation of what you are going through.
You may only know that you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns you cannot seem to change.
That is enough of a place to begin.
Therapy can offer a nonjudgmental space to slow down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and better understand the experiences that have shaped how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
Together, we can help you move beyond survival and toward greater safety, self-trust, connection, and choice.

You Do Not Have to Figure It Out Alone
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, insightful, and self-aware. They may understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel unable to change them.
You may have spent years trying to think your way through anxiety, trauma, difficult relationships, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. You might be the person who holds everything together for others while quietly feeling exhausted inside.
Therapy is not about proving that your struggles are serious enough or knowing exactly what to talk about.
We will begin with what is present today and move forward at a pace that feels supportive, collaborative, and respectful of your needs.
You Might Recognize Yourself Here
You may benefit from therapy if you:
✓ Feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode
✓ Understand why you struggle but continue repeating the same patterns
✓ Frequently people-please, overthink, criticize yourself, or struggle to set boundaries
✓ Carry the lasting effects of childhood experiences, emotional neglect, difficult family dynamics, or past relationships
✓ Feel disconnected from yourself or uncertain about who you are beneath the roles you have learned to play
✓ Experience burnout after carrying too much for too long
✓ Identify as neurodivergent and want support that respects how your mind and nervous system work
✓ Want more than temporary coping strategies and are ready to understand yourself on a deeper level
How I Can Help
Complex Trauma & Childhood Wounds
Trauma is not always one obvious event. Sometimes it develops through years of feeling unseen, walking on eggshells, managing other people’s emotions, or learning that your own needs had to come second.
These experiences can shape your self-worth, relationships, boundaries, emotions, and sense of identity long after the original circumstances have passed.
Therapy can help you understand these patterns without blaming or judging yourself, while creating new experiences of safety, self-compassion, and choice.
Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm
Anxiety may look like racing thoughts, perfectionism, self-doubt, difficulty relaxing, or constantly anticipating what could go wrong.
Rather than focusing only on controlling symptoms, we will explore what your anxiety may be protecting you from while building practical tools for greater calm, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
Nervous System Regulation
When your mind and body have spent a long time in protection mode, even ordinary situations can feel overwhelming.
You may feel constantly activated, emotionally flooded, shut down, disconnected, or unable to fully relax.
Together, we can help you understand your nervous system, recognize your patterns, and develop tools that support greater grounding, balance, and safety.
Attachment, Relationships & Boundaries
The ways we learned to connect with others often began long before adulthood.
Therapy can help you understand patterns involving people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, conflict avoidance, difficulty trusting, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions.
Our work can support healthier boundaries, clearer communication, and relationships that feel more secure and authentic.
Burnout & Chronic Stress
Burnout is more than feeling tired. It can leave you emotionally numb, disconnected, irritable, unmotivated, or unable to recover even when you rest.
Together, we can explore the patterns that led you to carry too much, reconnect with your own needs, and create a more sustainable way of living.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
Many neurodivergent adults and adolescents have spent years masking, feeling misunderstood, or trying to function according to expectations that do not fit them.
Therapy can provide a space to understand your needs, reduce shame, identify helpful accommodations, and build a life that works with your brain rather than against it.
Identity & Life Transitions
Sometimes the central question is not simply, “How do I feel better?” It is, “Who am I now?”
Therapy can support you through grief, relationship changes, career transitions, identity exploration, personal growth, and periods when your old way of living no longer feels right.
Therapy That Begins With Understanding
I do not believe that people are broken.
Many of the patterns that now leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck may have developed because they once helped you adapt, stay connected, or survive.
Rather than asking only, “What is wrong with me?” we can become curious about:
What happened?
What did you learn to believe about yourself?
How did you learn to protect yourself?
What do you need now?
My approach integrates trauma-informed, attachment-focused, narrative, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapy. Sessions balance meaningful conversation with practical tools for emotional regulation, self-understanding, relationships, and everyday life.
The goal is not to force you into a rigid treatment formula. It is to help you understand yourself more compassionately and create change that feels genuine, sustainable, and your own.
What It Is Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is warm, conversational, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.
You do not need to prepare for your sessions or arrive with a list of topics. Some days we may explore a significant experience or longstanding pattern. Other days we may begin with something that happened that morning.
I will ask thoughtful questions, help you notice connections, offer practical tools, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. We will move at a pace that respects your nervous system while still working toward meaningful change.
There is no single right way to do therapy. We will find an approach that fits you.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about understanding the experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns that helped you survive—and learning new ways to relate to yourself with compassion and clarity.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I integrate nervous system awareness, mindfulness, attachment-focused work, and parts work to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
